Shipping Time
For standard shipping, most orders are typically delivered within 7-14 business days within India. If you opt for our express shipping option, you can expect to receive your order within 2-3 business days.
Tracking Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number that allows you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Service Delays
Nakshatra Book Depo is not responsible for any unexpected shipping delays due to bad weather, natural disasters or clearance delays. Best thing to do in situations like this, would be to directly contact the courier company with the provided tracking number to receive updates.
Failed Delivery
For any failed attempts of delivery pertaining to an incorrect address, multiple failed attempts to reach you or refusal to pay custom fees – Nakshatra Book Depo does not take responsibility for shipping fees pertaining to the return shipment of your order. If your order is returned to us and it is to be sent to you again, you will have to pay the shipping fees once again.
Return Policy
The return has to requested within 5 days from the date of product delivered for domestic orders. We do not accept returns on on international orders yet
Return requests will be accepted and shipping will be borne by Nakshatra Book Depo only under the following conditions:
- If there is a manufacturing defect in the piece.
- If the package is damaged.
To return a product, pictures of the defect must be sent to us.
If you decide to return a product that is not defective and the return is driven by your personal preferences, shipping charges will be borne by you. The fixed charge for the same is applicable.
For either of the cases, please inform us in due time and we will arrange for a return pickup. Please make sure the tags are intact for a smooth process. Any returns without the tags will not be accepted.
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 2-3 business days after the product reaches our warehouse and goes through a quality check within 48 hours. Thereafter on approval, the refund will reflect in your original payment mode within 20 business days.
Certain types of items are not eligible for return, like customized orders, sale items, gift cards, or accessories.
